Appointment Policy

We require appointments for all routine visits; this allows us to offer all of our patients proper, individualized care. Emergencies will be seen immediately. When an emergency arrives, we will see all patients with previously scheduled appointments as soon as possible. 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, debit cards  and personal checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the protection of our clients and patients, all dogs must be on a leash. 

All cats must be transported in an appropriate cat carrier.
